This is 'Baby Jesus', as made by Picklessister, from Marzipan, in Food Technology (or whatever Home Ec is called nowadays) We are unsure why he has a beak!
This is a snowman also made by Picklessister today. Looks like he may have melted a bit!

Yes I can see, baby Jesus does look like a little bird...but I am really loving the snowman - fantastic hat!
